ABOUT US

The owners are Anke and Hans Weber, a Dutch couple who have lived abroad for many years, and bought the 11th century castle in 2019. The love for French culture, food, wine and historical buildings has drawn them to Mouzens. With love and respect for the ancient architecture, they have created 3 lovely apartments. The view form the castle is stunning. You can see the Pyrenees from the garden. You will enjoy the peaceful surrounding and hospitality. The garden offers various corners for people to relax, either by the pool, or elsewhere. This means there is sufficient privacy at all times. Anke and Hans speak Dutch, German, French, English and Czech.

PS. Due to the historical character of the property, it is not suitable for wheelchairs or very young children.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, etc.)

Garden

You have usage of the whole garden.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or very small children.

Pool

Salt water pool. 4 by 9 metres. Stunning view.

APPARTMENT ALIGOTE

There is free Wifi.

Fresh towels, great beds

Each apartment includes fresh towels, bedsheets, etc.

2 metre long beds.

Supermarkets and Restaurants

Revel is only 15 minutes drive away. It has 4 supermarkets, nice shops, market on Saturday. Nice restaurants in the area.

APARTMENT ALIGOTÉ

The apartment measures approximately 100 m2 and has two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom), floor heating in bedrooms and bathrooms, and a new fully fitted kitchen. There is an extra bed in the lounge area.

The kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and sufficient utensils.

Guests have use of the garden and pool. A barbecue is available as well.

Linen and towels are included. There is a central laundry room which guests can use.

The price varies between 700 - 1200 per week, depending on the season. Please contact us for more information.

APARTMENT CHARDONNAY

APARTMENT CHARDONNAY

This is the largest apartment, measuring over 100 m2. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom), floor heating in bedrooms and bathrooms, and a new fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is quite

large and has an oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, soda stream, and a table that seats 4 people.

A separate living and dining area features a wood stove, large table for 8-12 people, and a lounge area. On of the couches has a fold-out bed for two people.

Guests have use of the garden and pool. A barbecue is available as well.

Linen and towels are included. There is a central laundry room which guests can use.

APARTMENT SAUVIGNON

Apartment Sauvignon measures approximately 80 m2 and has two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds each with its own bathroom). The two-bed room is accessed through the main bedroom.

There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living/kitchen of 35 m2 has access to a private terrace next to the kitchen door. This is also the coolest place in Summer.

The kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and sufficient utensils.

Guests have use of the garden and pool. A barbecue is available as well.

Linen and towels are included. There is a central laundry room which guests can use.
